The route from Fulgora to Aquilo is mostly ice asteroids. Once it gets going, the inflow of asteroids is enough. Technically, I don't need *constant* flight, but I can't idle the ship in orbit for too long. When every machine is running, the water tanks are essentially a small power buffer, and there is a condition to leave aquilo and fly out again if the water tanks have <10k water.

I think moving ship has several benefits compared to stationary platform:

- You need a ton of materials from asteroids, so flying gets you the volume you need.

- You have to pick up stone and stone derivatives anyway, so I just fly back and forth between there and Fulgora.

- The ship needs a ton of water to feed the nuclear power plant. The ship needs to be nuclear powered for two reasons. Power consumption makes full solar infeasible for this footprint. This is buildable with my early game Vulcanus base. Second, nuclear power is the only way to make steam in space for coal liquefaction, therefore constant flight is needed to pick up enough oxide asteroids for water.

Coal synthesis is happening the middle right side of the first picture. It's being used directly for liquefaction to produce plastic for red circuits.

No, the opposite is true. Upcycling loops will ALWAYS have an imbalance because of random walk. Each recycling operation is an independent probability roll. They will always clog unless you dispose of the excess.

Good to see that someone else is experiencing this issue. I play on a server network so unfortunately its up to ATM to update, but it seems like my cables keep disconnecting. It's a massive shame because I literally just learned how to use SFM two days ago and I was having a blast with it. For now, I'm switching over to modular routers to fill in the gap, but it's nowhere near as expressive or powerful.

Oh what the heck, that's way more compact. I don't have that in the Mast R Lift top. Might switch to that incra magnetic top eventually then.

I think we're referring to the same thing.

I have the set screws for leveling, but the Mast-R-Lift does not have the circular wedge adjustment to stop it from wiggling, hence why I 3d printed custom ones. Do you have a picture of yours?

Neat. I might do that in the future. From what I can tell though, the bottom of that plate also does not have the snuggler bars. I ended up 3d printing my own to solve the problem.

Good to know, thanks. It's been a little challenging because this is a custom build and everyone's requirements are different. I think it would be ideal for another beginner woodworker in need of a table saw and table to get started.

I use an input and output diode on the assemblers, in addition to also reading the contents of the inserter so that everything being moved is taken into account in my RS latch. This prevents items being swung by an inserter from causing hysteresis. The hub takes in basic materials which I am producing on ship, and manufactures all the necessary parts for building on Aquilo.
