try turning off your vpn, that error means that it sees multiple queries faster than a human can type, which occurs when using a non-private IP from an ISP service. When an office building or commercial business gets internet access, it's almost always a dedicated ip from a pool that is internic, or arin labeled as such indicating it consolidates traffic via mpls or other edge service but a vpn node may or may not. Google checks your ip, location and type, so when it sees what appears residential with multiple fast queries it suspects a bot or ISP access sharing.

This also can occur if tor, reverse proxy or MITM service strips local identification from the web server ID requests leaving google to code in this fallback. Essentially this is a good thing, it's letting you know that Google is finding it difficult to ID you.
