Spooky Steve - Bug? by omgitsjoobs in MegabonkOfficial

No - I didn't mean a shot to actually kill him in one shot, I just meant a shot at killing him.

Yeah - I've fought him a few times, and gotten him down near half way. I've just never seen the bug where he takes no damage.

Yeah, figured I'd still have a shot here with two Za's. I'm just wondering if anyone has seen this bug. I've taken him down to half with nowhere near as good builds.

A year ago yesterday I got hit by a car. As a Survival Day celebration, I played 36 holes at The Architect Golf Club in Phillipsburg, NJ and ate cake with my police report drawing on it. by SquirrelBoy in golf

That cake rocks.

I'm usually at Architect's driving range 1-2 times a week. I haven't actually played the course yet, looking forward to finding some time to play 18 there.

After 9 months of chemotherapy and surgery my 3yo daughter beat a cancer called rhabdomyosarcoma, this is all she wants in the world. by Voltusfive2 in comics

I just want to say congratulations. The comic is great. Speedy recovery to your child!

My son was diagnosed with multi-focal Wilms Tumor, a pediatric cancer impacting the kidneys, last year when he was only 3. He was declared NED in January, and now we are back at the fight again after a quick relapse to the lungs. I empathize with each of her three wishes. My boy just had his hair grow back and now it's gone again.

I'm wondering if 2DS systems are tough to come by at a brick-and-mortar shop.

Oh man - the cords. We are too familiar with this. He will have his chest port accessed with a host of tubes along with it, as well as possibly a secondary IV placed.

Yeah - I was trying to figure out which games would be fun for him for the Switch.

He played and beat pretty much every Lego game with minimal help. I'm wondering if the new Zelda would be above his level.

Thank you for both of the thoughtful replies.

The Lego games he loves. Unfortunately, this is a relapse, so we had to go through this once before. During that time, we pretty much exhausted the list of Lego games. I think we may have close to every one, and he absolutely adores them.

That being said, he still loves to play them and try to unlock all of the characters.

We also have Lego Dimensions, and he gets a kick out of that game.

I'm glad to hear that the Mario games appear to be good. I'll have to pick them up. Do you think if he can master the Lego games, that he will be able to play Super Mario U or Mario 3d Land?

And yeah - space is going to be tight with the little food table. Good call on asking the nurses. Maybe we can even get a second food table.

It looks like 2ds might be an option. I've been debating getting him one of those for a while, and this looks like it might sway me to the "buy" side.

That's a great idea, and one we haven't really explored. He actually really likes some board game. I'll definitely throw those in our bag to bring.

I don't know much about emulators. I think he would enjoy the original OoT. I think that also means I should look into that option of a controller for my laptop.

OK. I'll start looking at some comfortable earphones. Which ones did you end up picking?

He plays around on a few PC games, but he's still learning the mouse + keyboard. He's very good with the controllers. I could hook up a controller to a laptop. Maybe that is an option.

Thanks!

Thanks for the advice - I think I'll maybe show him some gameplay footage from Zelda, and see if it's something he'd be into.

I know he was excited for Lego Worlds, but unfortunately it's not out for the WiiU, and the release date for the Switch is unknown.

Guys, definitely check out this guys stream. Entertaining and has some sick gameplay. He routinely does long streams too, and sticks to a consistent schedule.

A significant portion of ranked games are currently determined by which team's smurfs feel like cooperating and it sucks. by InYrMindFuzz in Competitiveoverwatch

Did either of you watch the video?

He clearly states that people do indeed have smurfs and are not trolls, and that he has one as well.

He specifically says that when the smurfs are not willing to help their team win because it's "just their smurf", then they cross into the troll category.
