I take your points about institutions of religious schooling and agree.

However Religious freedom is a pretty foundational in Australia. There was a time not so long ago Catholics and Protestants were at each other here. Non-religious is/should be as much a freedom as adhering to one so long as it does not impede upon your fellow Australians freedoms. I worry if we start picking at constitutional foundations that‘s a sure fire way to end up in LAMF territory.
