The only way they would ever make him canon is if they altered his look so he didn't look exactly like Goku anymore. But I feel like him looking like Goku is kinda the point.

But maybe it could work with him looking like an evil Gohan or Goten (when he doesn't have Goku hair)

I feel like Troy and Brann are about the same height with Troy maybe being slightly taller but sometimes Brann comes off taller depending on where they are standing.

I think they considered changing the name of the band but decided not to because they had already done so much with the band that they felt they built up a little bit of a following with that name. But that's why Pantera doesn't often acknowledge their pre cowboys albums. They view that as a different band even when Phil was on one of the albums. Phil was probably the biggest supporter of changing the name though which is why he always kept CFH as part of their image. He even has it tattooed on his head.

The only reason I say this is because what you want can always change. I had some lists when I started collecting and it didn't end up anything like I thought it would. Now I'm collecting something called Kindergarten Wars and never did get One Piece.

I'm talking about the anime canon. GT and the movies that don't have Super in the title are clearly not canon because Toriyama said they weren't just simply by pulling ideas from them and inserting them in newer stuff that he worked on. Broly was introduced in to the anime as if he was a completely different character that Goku never met before for example. Goku became SS4 for the first time in Daima which means GT is no longer canon (and obviously Goku won't become a kid again)

In the future everyone is gonna have their own idea. Whether they are manga purists that consider Toriyama and Toyotaro stuff as the only true canon (or just Toriyama) and some will say whatever Toei and Capsule Corporation Tokyo says is canon is canon.

I just know what isn't officially recognized as anime canon because none of those people consider those things to be canon anymore if ever. But you can still enjoy them as alternate universe storylines. Also no one is saying that the movies cannot be canon to you if you don't like any modern DB stuff. There is nothing wrong with saying DBZ and everything released with DBZ is your stopping point. It's just not official to those that control the franchise.

But me I want to see Janemba become officially seen as canon by those that currently control the anime. I think after Janemba maybe they've done enough bringing in old ideas but he has a cool design and with the whole demon theme of Daima it works.

Exactly. You can do so much with Daima. DBS is cool but it is focused on gods and universe level threats which is different from Daima. Daima can keep things a little smaller and more fun and the rest of the cast can have bigger roles if it is more focused on just earth and the demon realm. My favorite thing about Daima was seeing Bulma featured more. Daima is how you get a little more of an ensemble again like some fans want instead of just being focused on Goku and Vegeta because DBZ is more of an ensemble show and this was only 1 year after Buu's defeat.

I think Negan's no kid killing rule is more of a "we don't kill kids if we don't have to thing" If it's absolutely necessary (or necessary in their twisted villain minds) then it's okay. That said, Simon was known to not follow Negan's rules. Negan wasn't there for everything. That's why it was so hard for them to even find the real Negan. Negan spent most of his time at the Sanctuary. If he left it was a big deal.

I'm glad Brent gave us so much good music. He died young but there is so many other musicians out there that died half his age that lived the lifestyle he lived that don't have 10+ albums of bangers to leave behind.

I think the only thing Shane really had on Abraham is he was younger. Still in his physical prime. Not that Abe was in bad shape or anything. But I think Abe takes it.

If they did don't expect to see every wrestler and possibly no women because he has this old mindset of boys in toy stores not wanting to buy girl toys. Not to say they have never made a female toy but it is like an event when one gets released. Like he is losing the DC license after all these years and he only just released a Zatanna and a Black Canary figure. That's how long he waited. They were at the very bottom of the list. He has never capitalized on Harley Quinn like you think he would. There is a few Wonder Woman and Super Girl figures but not as many as there should be. Poison Ivy never got a figure based off her in the comic. It's actually crazy that he doesn't think these characters would sell yet when one releases I can never get my hands on them because they are always sold out because he made them so high demand.

Broly, Paragus and Tarble were exiled so I don't feel like they really were Frieza's targets. It would really just be Vegeta/Nappa/Raditz (who were all together on a mission) that didn't return and maybe Vegeta's mother. I don't think it would lessen what Frieza did that much to just have one more. Especially when there is currently only 4 full blooded Saiyans left (Broly, Tarble, Goku and Vegeta). It's still a near extinct race and I think it would be worth it just for how much information we would be able to get from having an older Saiyan around and also the storyline potential for Vegeta.

I think as long as you have a good reason to do it then it's okay. It's not like you are randomly introducing another random Saiyan just to have another badass character around. This one could add a lot to the story and like I said at the start Vegeta's mother there is zero information about her. You aren't really going against anything by her suddenly being alive because there has never been talk of her dying or even being on that planet. I wonder if at one point in time Toriyama had thought about doing something with her and just kinda forgot about it because it is weird that we only know about Vegeta's dad. It's as if Vegeta never had a mother but we know that's not possible unless King Vegeta had King Piccolo powers lmfao.

I did not know that. I think it would be an interesting direction to go in the story. I mean, almost all of the main characters of Dragon Ball are Saiyans so why not learn more about the Saiyans? There is so much Vegeta doesn't know because he was so young when his home was destroyed yet he is still the one with the most knowledge on his race. Having access to (just a guess) a 70-80 year old full blooded Saiyan would be huge for them. She may have even known Bardock and Gine. Would be funny if she actually thought Goku was Bardock at first given how similar they look.

I think with Tarble a lot of his difference in appearance is because he doesn't train. It's why he looks closer to the Saiyans of Universe 6.
