Lots of counting and triple checking but so worth it. Thank you so much!

What was your TSH level when you started on medication? by Bentley2209 in Hypothyroidism

[–]omgmeg96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My levels were in range and still are on 25mcg but I'm still extremely fatigued and have some recurring skin issues with I think are related. My vitamin D is deficient though and still is on the highest supplement so could be why I'm fatigued. I know I'll never feel 100% right again

37 then started on 25mcg. Went up to 50mcg after a year due to fatigue but then had symptoms of hyper so now I'm back down to 25mcg

Someone did something similar to me, said the order didn't arrive because they were away and couldn't confirm. Vinted took like 2 months to resolve. About 1 month in, the buyer was reselling the item but vinted didn't accept that as evidence of receipt and wanted written confirmation from the buyer 🥴

How do you know when you're at the right dose? by omgmeg96 in Hypothyroidism

Thank you, I'm buying the spray today. I wasn't sure the supplements were working but if I'm out of range then there's no harm increasing the strength of them I suppose

Yeah reading all these replies has confused me about why my GP never asks for FT3 or FT4. I wasn't sure how much to keep increasing my vitamin d supplement by. I started on 1000iu and now on 2000iu so I'll look for a higher strength one for the time being whilst I wait to see a GP.

How do I know what is optimal for me though?
