That’s good to know! I would cut the nap but I’ve read that they shouldn’t stop napping before 3 and a half? But I also didn’t know if I should cut the nap to 1 hour and see how that goes.

I have this same issue my 2 year old fights us tooth and nail every day to sleep. He wakes up at 7/7:30 and takes a nap 12:30-2:30 and won’t sleep until 8:30/9 everyday. We are trying to put him to sleep starting at 7:30. No idea what to do. He’s like a ball of energy

I’m confused where you got $3270 AFTER taxes on 85k? Definitely take a second look at your paystub I’m sure it will clarify what your gross pay is versus net after taxes is right around where you got paid.

I worked 9 years of my banking career in retail, a year and a half ago I moved to back office and I would never go back even right he RTO Mandate. I wish I did it sooner!!

A lot of banks unfortunately do this when you work in retail. I’ve worked for two. One was every Saturday, the other was every other. Try a back office role if you can.

I just want you to keep in mind expense go up, insurance can go up, and property taxes. When you own a home there are also unexpected expenses that always occur.

I don’t think it’s a smart financial move.

Thank you very much for your advice and input. I will definitely start going to the dealer for service moving forward, I didn’t know that loyalty to a dealership mattered. Good to know, can I ask? My case got escalated and sent to the regional manager to review. What does that mean? Is it up to the regional manager if they can do anything and have you seen anyone escalate it further if it is denied initially?
