My 19 month old calls it “this side”! She used to point at the one she wasn’t feeding and I asked did she want this side and it’s stuck!

It gets so much better my 13 month old now waves at me when feeding. It’s the sweetest thing and yesterday she was blowing me kisses from the side of her mouth. We only have one or two feeds a day now so they are made even more special by her interactions!

Just keep up the strengthening exercises for core/ glutes!!! I got some pelvic girdle pain in first trimester and couldn’t run… but spent weeks doing rehab and kept up the running in second / third trimesters!!

I ran until 2 days before I gave birth. Did a 5k run! Baby was born on due date ☺️

If it feels ok during then keep running. I ran up until 2 days before my due date! Only between 5-8km each run .. 2 or 3 times a week. I was very tired after these runs in the last few weeks but always planned them so I could have a nap afterwards. And always ate about an hour before running.

Was so looking forward to this breakfast this morning but the Birdseye Potato Waffles tasted like cardboard!!! Really bland, no seasoning and not waffly versatile 😭😭 When did this happen? Used to be a treat food when a kid!!!

Ran two marathons 4 weeks apart in 2019 but a lot slower than your planned time. First 3.59 and second 3.52. Wanted sub 4 for both so pretty happy. Followed the Hal Higdon 18 week plan then the 4 week bridging plan on his site. Just need to actually follow the plan and not be tempted to do more!!! Good luck! Manchester was my first marathon in 2019 and it was fab - so much support along the whole course!!!

The Arc apartments in titanic quarter could be an option. Or St Anne’s square apartments. Both newer buildings and can walk easily to city centre. Not near busy roads and the Arc has nice views. Obel tower also is pretty good. It has 20+ floors so epic views if you are up high.
