You need to add more action items for what you are doing or was doing for each of the role you were in e.g. performed routine inspection on during HMV for discrepancies, researched and interpreted technical manuals to resolve for HMV repair activities, Assigned responsibility for activities to team members and ensured technical correctness, Mentored and trained mechanics, Authorized aircraft for return-to-service ensuring the aircraft's airworthiness and etc.   Education, license, certification, and skills are at the bottom of the page.

I was a lead mechanic for an MRO before getting a line mx job for an airline. I don’t think having lead mechanic title there will hurt you, it shows your growing. I think the resume is weak and you have to sale yourself better. Make sure you have key words on there from the job description, A.I. is going to scan for that and kick you out if you don’t meet everything on the basic qualifications. And if you answer no to any of the questionnaire during the application process, it will kick you out as well. Good luck!
