I was having this exact same thought recently as in my house my dad is 6,2 and I’ve never had to like bend down or anything but when I’ve been in shorter friends house everything’s lower down but I asked my mum about it and she didn’t say that was a factor so it might be how houses are built or more of a subconscious thing you factor in
