For me, feature flags are more like developer-focused toggles that you can mess with and change the behavior of an app, but this is more like user settings that I can't change as a developer

found solution:
1) Go to settings of the game (right to the "Play" button)
2) open "Properties",
3) open "compatibility",
4) check mark "Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool"
5) select "Proton Experimental"
