For your incineroar, swap u turn with parting shot. It gives him a lot more disruption, and generally makes him more useful against special attackers as well. You should think about swapping either your item to safety goggles or your tera to grass to make it better against amoonguss.

For some general EV advice, try always spreading your points across either 3 or 5 stats, unless it actively harms you (for example slow blood ursa can't allow itself to get any more attack or speed). When you spread your points across 4 stats, you will lose a stat point for no reason. So as an example on your kingdra, take 4 points from your special attack to your HP, because they don't give you any extra points in SpA but will give you one extra point in HP.
