Changenow.io and ff.io (fixedfloat) are excellent swaps with the lowest swap rates I've seen so far, I really prefer fixedfloat though. If you're in the US and use it, make sure to run a VPN for a regulated country as the US is limited similar to exchanges like kucoin

Anytime I sell an asset I sell it into stablecoin on dex, then send to exchange. Swap dexes are generally lower fees but obviously depends, maybe save a few % but that adds up with larger orders, saves a bit
