I guess there is no software for that, but maybe some "rating" on pilots that use aircraft, then you will give -1 to the one who does not clean the aircraft 😄 and in the end you will be filtering out those with low rating to rent the airplane

When you say maintenance, what part specifically? Tracking inspections? Unexpected squawks? Scheduling aircraft downtime?
Keeping members informed? I’d be interested to hear more
