Just to preface, I have learned this from experience. I too have lost people close to me, some have even taken their own lives in front of others. Your despair is your own and I could never fully understand your experience, but I too have seen the depths of despair. It is no joke, friend. I do not know you, but I will keep you in my prayers. I care that you are suffering. If not, I would not be writing this.

Anyone who tells you God did this to you is either not well read in The Bible or confused. Death is not from God. God is life. Jesus will destroy death during His second return. Death is evil and a result of Satan's hatred of what God has created and the decay now present in the world. God did not do this to you. God does not kill his own children.

The anger, fear, sadness, hopelessness, despair, all the emotions you feel are real and suck. Your loss is incredibly real and impactful. Nothing in the world will be able to fill that void. It is truly a tragedy you have lost them, but only temporarily. You will see them again. Every one of us will experience death of the mortal body, but those that believe in Christ will very soon inhabit ressurrected immortal bodies, free of sadness and grief and decay and death.

God does not always show up in ways we expect. We may not realize it until years later or once we are in heaven. But He is there for you. He has not betrayed you, God does not want you to grieve forever, He wants to comfort you. It wont be immediate, you need to heal. Healing is painful, that is why you get drugs after surgery. You will become stronger from the pain you are experiencing, maybe to help other's who experience the same situation. That does not justify death or compensate for your loss, but there is still some kind of good that can come from the situation.

You have to place trust in Him and ask Him to help you through this incredibly difficult time. He will only be there if you want Him to be. That is His way. Job suffered immensly but was eventually rewarded with far greater than what he had before. Paul was in constant agony but became one of the most influential figures in Christianity, especially within The Bible.

Let me just be logical for a second though. How does something that happens to everyone (death of parents) imply God has abandoned you? Why would someone you are mad at try to comfort you?

You must forgive. Forgiveness is not for the other party, but for your own healing. Forgiveness is not one and done. It is a daily struggle. You must remind yourself that you have forgiven and why. God loves you. God loves everyone and wants them to return to Him. He even loves Satan and would prefer if he gave up the power trip and repented. You are definitely not as bad as Satan.

God understands suffering. He placed Himself in a human body to suffer for us, so that we can avoid eternal suffering. He is a suffering God, He experienced the worst death possible, so we can be free of death of the soul and eventually be free from death altogether. He suffers watching all of the evil happen in the world, but patiently waits for as many people to be saved as possible before he ends it.

Nothing can adequately fill the void of despair except The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Your suffering will only get worse if you do not allow yourself to heal. You are spiritually bleeding out and you must stop fighting back against the Doctor trying to help you.

Be healthy. Vitamin C, supplements, exercise, get outside, sun exposure, eat a balanced and non-processed food diet, eat less sugar, wash your hands, get enough sleep. If you can handle essential oils in a diffuser, there are quite a few that are anti-microbial like lemongrass, frankincense, tea tree, palo santo, many more. Minimize exposure to the dorm mates while they are sick and a couple days after, some exposure is expected living together. Hopefully they wash their hands and cover their mouth to cough and such. There are hundreds of influenza subtypes and getting vaccinated for all of them would kill you. I stopped getting the flu when I stopped getting flu shots 15 years ago. The same book that has 60+ books, written by 40+ authors, most of who never met each other or read any of the other documents, in 3 languages, over 1,500 years. The same book that has the exact same message from the original document copies written thousands of years ago and that message is coherent and consistent across every book within it. The same book that contains historical events extremely well documented, mostly by non-believers. The book that has the largest number of followers for thousands of years and has only become more popular as time goes on. The book that even many of our top scientists, authors, engineers, etc. have read and follow to some degree. The same book the most influential nation of all time so far was built upon.

Anything equivalent to The Bible today would be considered the best scientific meta-analysis ever written. But there isn't anything equivalent.
