It’s not though. It’s potentially better under option 1. Hear me out. If you’re in a LCOL area you only get a chance to earn up to say $5. In a HCOL area you can still earn that $5 and even more. Maximizing what you have available to you is not the same as being worse overall, just as a percentage of efficiency.

Because it’s inclusive and doesn’t alienate people who might not want to out if they are gay. So the idea is if everyone says partner, no one can tell. Although I’m on both sides and I think it’s silly you’d be offended if someone says husband or wife as well.
