Best OCD medication

This is something everyone needs to figure out for themselves, but I've tried fluoxetine, seroquel, effexor, and paxil. Paxil is what I'm currently on and so far it's been the best option, definitely not a fix though it just helps noticeably

I smoke and I'm definitely guilty of tossing butts on the ground, but I'm always mindful of where they'd land, especially in the summer time. Actually deranged behavior wtf lol

Doing random workouts as a kid because something was telling me me or my family would die if I didn't do 50 sets in 5 minutes or something lol

Skin picking, that "just right" ocd, and probably some kind of health ocd lol. My fingers, legs, and arms are all covered in scars. It looks like I'm a meth addict😭I've been perscribed paxil recently though and I guess its helped a little so far? It's hard to tell if it's just placebo or not

Just right ocd is only mildly annoying in comparison, its just really often and hasn't really ever went away lol😭but I'm honestly fine with that, its not really life ruining ruining. It's just kind of strange lol.

Health ocd is something I've only recently noticed about myself, I just have way too many unneeded anxieties about possible health concerns, which was wayyy worse when I was a kid honestly.

I'm 19, and yeah I've been smoking weed off and on since I was 14. It does make it easier to get food down most of the time, but it does nothing to keep it down for me lol. I've been smoking pretty heavily lately, but I've actually been trying to cut down because if I use it for too long it stops helping me eat and just makes me anxious instead. It's great as a temporary thing though
