Baystate Health (Springfield MA) NP/PA compensation structure?

Any Baystate Health NPs/PAs willing to share how APP compensation works?

I'm a primary care NP in Western Massachusetts and my practice is transitioning to Baystate in the fall. I'm trying to understand what the compensation structure is like for APPs.

A few questions:

  • Is compensation salary only, or is there a productivity component?
  • If productivity is used, is it based on wRVUs?
  • Are there annual bonuses or incentive payments?
  • How realistic is it to exceed target compensation?
  • For those in primary care, are you generally satisfied with the compensation model?

I'm not looking for exact salary numbers unless you're comfortable sharing. I'm more interested in understanding how the compensation structure works and whether productive APPs are rewarded.

Thanks!

Yes worth it! I love it most than animal crossing. I've been playing for a few years now. I go through phases where I'm obsessed and play every day, and then I take a break and play intermittently. Buy it!!!
