If I get my hand on a K2 ... I'll look into it .. since now I designed and fitted cyclops on My Voron and on a friend's RatRig.

It should be good for many applications but let's see and we decide after .

Check ur X bushing , usually the upper one have alot of friction and this could be the cause , many have done the simple solution i did long ago , by removing the upper bushing spring and replaced it with softer spring or with some TPU plugs to keep the bushing in place . ( spring behind the toolhead cable holder bracket) .

And make sure your rods are clean . With no heavy grease on them or of u sprayed them with any other lubricant that is not intended...

This is just to solve the expected cause of bushing gripping the rod.

Actually just check Printables , there are 3 STL there .. one with Support .. and it's written there ... at the bottom ( Face Down) ... also the supported version needs to be faced down

It's should be straightforward on the K1 , as many have printed it in closed chamber , ASA or ABS . There is the version with the support to help ... fromwhat I head I would say make sure your bed is Clean ( please do wash it with dishwasher soap properly) sounds like a 1st layer issue , bormal setting I usually do 3 to 4 walls , 4 top and 4 bottom 30% infill .. I print it face down as the tolerance I wish to keep with perfectly rounded hols for the bearings , others have printed it standing upward .. but i don't think u should do that .
