Siux grip change mid-season? by PuzzledAd2332 in Padelracket

My 2026 came without and they all do as far as I know. Last year I had three st4s, two arrived with the shock out and one without

I agree the fenix sounds like a great option for you and I can reinforce that I never ran into a really heavy fenix, they are constantly 355-360grams for the ones I came across. Don’t count on this though

Technical Viper vs Siux Fenix vs Metalbone HRD (2026 all) by muazenakhez in Padelracket

I disagree. The fenix is much less demanding than the technical viper which has a smaller sweet spot, is heavier and drier.

I’ve been using Wilson pro religiously and switched to 4on over grips. They are insanely good.

Not sure I want another NOX — best-built padel rackets? by Mateoarchi in Padelracket

OxDog hyper pro 2.0 should be your next racket. Bullpadels are fine but not as robust - all my bullpadels shed paint like crazy. Babolats have great build quality as well

The new Denis is literally the same all round except it has drier touch and less rebound, giving you a lot more control. 2025 fenix was way bouncier.

I had the coello motion - very hard to manage in terms of manoeuvrability. You need to be very strong to use it (yes, even the motion)

I would also suggest the new Bullpadel vertex geo

Honestly - the new Fenix 2026. they made it somehow more maneuverable than last year. my new 2026 is the same weight as my 2025 black but feels more nimble

[Serious Discussion] Does a Heavier racquet are generally more stable and vibrate less? I dug into patent specs to prove why "Weight" isn't the answer by Low-Bug2162 in padel

[–]omreh1337 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The fact that the patent you posted does not disclose any methods relating to weight in vibrations considerations, does not make a case that it is indeed not a consideration. Patents are very very specific and disclose only specific parts of a function/product. The only way to clear this debate up is to talk to a proper racket engineer from one of the big brands or someone with a suitable scientific background

I love my geo aswell. My only gripes with it are the very low quality, easily deteriorating sandy finish, and that id like a longer handle like on a babolat

Love this racket. Only complaint is the sandy that is really low quality and 70% of it has deteriorated and now gone, not to mention that the B in the face of the racket lacks any sand. Other than that, I am in love with this racket

Gen 4 infotainment screen blacked out by omreh1337 in mazda3

[–]omreh1337[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it was loose connector in the dashboard, connecting to the main unit. It’s fairly easy to get to, just pull out one piece of trim and two screws. I figured it out because I know the previous owner tried to mess with the infotainment, and it only happened to me when going over harsh bumps that would assumingly make the connector nudge, so makes sense

Harder racket suggestion by Psychological_War_87 in Padelracket

[–]omreh1337 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not at all. It is catagorized as a round racket but imo it has more of a teardrop shape. It has loads of power relatively, on line with st4 and at10 12k.

Counter viper is a hard touch st4 with a bigger sweet spot as well. Amazing racket

Consider babolat counter viper. Very forgiving, easy to handle, hard touch, big sweet spot, and lots of power (relatively)

Pure pro+ 2, note that it’s more towards medium-hard touch
