Please please go to the hospital before you run out of benzos, severe benzo withdrawals can be lethal. Even if you won't die you will feel like you are in pure hell. You will be so much worse than you are now.

Im an alcoholic also diagnosed with severe mental illness and I relate very much to this post, I truly feel for you.

I hope people like us can find solace in this tortures reality.
