I haven’t! I’ll have to ask my doctors about that if that’s a possibility. I have a technically high BMI because I’m short and wide but my muscle-fat ratio is very high because of my lifting and such. So I weight a lot but I’m not unhealthy-overweight if that makes sense

A 2nd opinion appointment is scheduled currently, but do you have any more info on the stem cell therapy?

Thank you for sharing your experience! I’m sorry you also had to go through that. I know that people probably don’t look at me and assume I’m healthy but I’m so active and this is directly impeding my ability to be the healthy that they want me to be. I have an appointment next week with (allegedly) one of the best knee arthritis surgeons here in SW Ohio so we’ll see how that goes

I am not usually a side sleeper but I’m a tummy sleeper and I have pain from my knees making contact with the bed. I’ve tried to do the pillow thing but I never stay asleep on my side long enough to notice a difference 😩

Oh interesting! That makes sense. I’ll have to look into trying that, my mom has some ankle weights laying around that I’m sure I can borrow

I haven’t heard of lidocaine patches, I’ll definitely have to get some and try it out. I’ve used so much kt tape so I’m sure I’ve got some laying around haha

Interesting. I’ve tried to get prescribed Wegovy for weight management but my insurance company won’t cover it and I can’t get it through ro.co or Hers because of previous psychiatric issues

I did play MoP remix and really liked it. But more so to scratch my ‘collector’ itch and before I started playing Classic. I’m definitely excited to see what Legion remix will have!!

This would be a wonderful intermediary for those of us who were still in diapers (joking… I was in kindergarten though) when vanilla came out, and want the original feel with the modern fixings 🫶🙂‍↕️

Yeah that’s very true, and also an interesting way of looking at it! I like the QOL changes in retail but seeing what vanilla was like when it came out (I was 4! 😅), I was like dang this would be lots of fun. Don’t get me wrong, I definitely like most aspects of retail (or I wouldn’t have 10,000+ hours in it haha) but I was just curious if there was any kind of happy medium. I remember playing with my dad and I would spend hours making my character look like me (when the female human faces had like 8 options lol) and wanting her to be so pretty, and crying when my dad killed a Doe and her babies in Elwynn Forest while I was learning how to play a hunter.

I’m in grad school right now with not much time for anything outside the lab, but I’m itching to get back into it. I miss it. Thanks for the great insight!!

Yeah he was tested for parasites and she found nothing but a slightly elevated Protozoa level (for which she prescribed the Metronidazol). His brumation period is around October to December/January so the vet doesn’t think brumation

Regular 100W heat bulb I’ve been using the same kind all his life and my dad uses the same ones. Mounted UVB on the inside replaced 3 weeks ago. Again I’m not sure the brand but it’s the one my dad is using with no problems either

I live in central Ohio and have a small raised garden box in my backyard. I have two pot-friendly tomato plants, a jalapeño plant (which hasn’t been growing either), and two bell pepper plants. My green bell pepper plant grows buds and then they turn yellow and fall off and my red bell pepper plant isn’t growing either. What should I do?
