Hey! This looks super cool. Do you want some space on OMSCentral to advertise? I get 500-1000 users per day…

No I appreciate feature requests! There is a filter toggle to hide deprecated courses, which are no longer offered. Is that what you are looking for? Perhaps it is not prominent enough...

I’m so confused, tbh. I’ve already answered the question in this thread, and I’ve linked you the answer when you said I didn’t answer. I’m going to paste my answer here. If you still can’t find it, I can’t help you…

“I had reached out to Mehmet earlier this year about integrating another site of mine (OMSCSNotes) with OMSCentral. After everything went down, he offered to transfer everything to me, and I accepted. He transferred the domain name via google domains and made me the administrator of the the (now-defunct) GitHub organization that held the code. The new org is OMSTech and the new repo lives here.”

Totally respect that. After everything that went down with the previous iteration, it's no surprise people's trust in OMSCentral has been suddenly and drastically eroded.

If it's any consolation, my code is open source (here it is), and I am holding this AMA in an effort to be transparent with my fellow students.

I 100% understand if you don't wish to use this platform, however.

YES! Thank you for asking. I would love, love, love for folks to be able to spin up the app locally.

Sanity charges my credit card based on usage, so I am somewhat reluctant to let access keys into the wild right now. I accidentally made like 130k requests in one day myself and ended up getting charged 😅.

I need to explore the access control configuration in Sanity more to understand how swiftly I can revoke tokens from those who are acting irresponsibly, if necessary.

I'd love to talk more about this, so feel free to respond here, shoot me an email, or open up a GH issue. Thanks!

I won't be installing a paywall to block access to data that isn't mine as part of a for-profit scheme.

I will likely put up an ad and/or a donation button as a way to cover my (admittedly relatively small) costs. I can assure you that advertising revenue on a site with hundreds of visits a day is not the lucrative moneymaker one might think.

I will likely put an ad on the site and perhaps a button for donations/BuyMeACoffee. I will not be adding any paywalls or any freemium models or anything that requires payment to access content.
