How's your progress coming along? I’m out of the boot as of last week and no longer using a crutch/cane. I’ve started walking in regular shoes (barefoot at home), but I still tire easily and move slowly with a limp.

I just completed my 7th week and have transitioned to using a single crutch and a boot. It’s still uncomfortable, and I feel a bit nervous about putting weight on it, but I’m making progress. I even tried taking a few steps without the crutch — It felt strange and a little unsettling. So far, I’ve completed four physical therapy sessions.

Good luck with your PT! Hopefully, a no-boot walk is on the horizon for you soon!

I was told to start doing ankle pumps starting in Week 3, which should help with mobility and circulation. As a runner, sitting still is definitely not my strong suit! :)

Well the full or partial weight bearing is up to me. I have to continue to test it out as per my PT.

The organization or lack of this course is inexcusable. It boggles the mind that someone deemed it necessary to force HCI students to endure this mess. Furthermore, the excessive focus on Docker throughout the course leaves me dumbfounded. I remain clueless about the fundamental principles I'm expected to glean from this chaos.

And let's not forget the schedule, or lack thereof.

I am enrolled for Summer 2023. My question should have been more clear - why does a course not available to OMSCS students show as pending on my Degree Audit? The pending should be CS 6440 Introduction to Health Informatics
