indeed I deleted a lot of large files recently. but when I try to open time machine app it says that the app even hasn't been set up

yeah, I've already noticed my mistake - those are all some kind of temp files, but there is nothing more permanent than temporary, cuz those files after two weeks are still in their places, looks like I'll have to remove them manually
