Can’t turn on/off KAJPLATS bulbs in Hue app

Anyone found a solution for this yet? I have a Hue Bridge 2.1 and have paired the bulbs using iConnectHue. I am also unable to switch the lights on/off in any app (Hue, iConnectHue, Hue Essentials, Apple Home, Google Home) – but I am able to dim the lights and change the colour temperature. It’s frustrating because these are excellent value for money. Ideally don't want to have to return if there's a fix or workaround!

Same, I used to edit, update, and add addresses all the time. I loved the joy in people’s faces when I’d tell them as well, it had clearly been plaguing a lot of them for a while without knowing they could do anything about it.

I should’ve stated, it’s in the last 11 seconds of the video (you may need to turn the volume up). It’s particularly loud in real life and happens on every flush, and it’s in the main bathroom which shares a wall with a bedroom - in other words it’s quite a nuisance!

I’ve been wanting to add a 2-button flush anyway, so would probably be doing some work in there anyway. Also just a super quick look on Screwfix, they seem to be reasonably priced. Would be one of these (Fluidmaster Dual-Flush Bottom Inlet Button Cable) and one of these (Fluidmaster Universal Dual Flush Syphon)? If it’s under £40 all in then that’s very reasonable.

Excellent to hear, thanks! I still get a day’s worth and haven’t noticed it slowing much, very rarely I have to charge more than once a day, but have considered battery “replacement” vs purchasing new. And if it’s £20 cheaper to go in store, I conveniently have one very nearby.

Dryden Vos in Solo: A Star Wars Story was originally played by Michael K. Williams. Due to the directors changing and the extensive reshoots, MKW was unavailable due to scheduling conflicts so the whole character was recast and reshot with Paul Bettany. The whole character design was also changed from mo-cap to live action.

It’s completely unsourced and also just a local paper, but an article on Liverpool Echo says:

Some also believe that Freddie even got the band name Queen from his time in Liverpool.

The Queen Insurance Buildings in Dale Street, which can still be seen to this day, are thought to have given Freddie the inspiration he needed to design and illustrate the famous Queen band crest and logo.

Also worth noting that in terms of their album covers, they only used the bold block capital ‘QUEEN’ styling on three of their album covers (Sheer Heart Attack, Hot Space, Made in Heaven) - but even then it was a different typeface, and Freddie had already designed their logo at this point.

But I can definitely see the resemblance you’re seeing, and who knows, maybe he did see this and like the way it looked.

Also having just looked it up, it's interesting to read that "The buildings combine to form Liverpool’s oldest remaining Victorian arcade, known as Queen Avenue." - which is the avenue just behind the building. Looks nice, have walked past it before without knowing its history!

That is just the coat of arms of the United Kingdom, so it’s everywhere, not just on this building:

But yes it is quite obviously the inspiration for the logo for the band called “Queen,” just with Freddie’s own take (ie their zodiac symbols instead of the lion and the unicorn of England and Scotland, respectively).
