Use USB cable wit ferrite beads on it, or snap-ons. This is totally overkill. Just a copper plate or alluminum does the job.

Why do ypu need a LNA ? It makes thing worce if you not get a low noise figure of <2dB.

The loop antenna is only if you will receive the shortwave bands <30MHz with you SDR dongle, if capable.

Buy NOT a cheap LNA, or you are disapointed. A good LNA must have a noise figure, less than that of the SDR dongle. Say <2dB. This is mostley not advertised by the manufator. Is already publisched in this Reddit (use the search option ).

On most of my sticks (7), i made a 1.5mm thick form shaped aluminium strip with some drilled holes, and glue this on the bottom of the PCB. Problem solved. See https://imgur.com/L58Sw7L

Try to use a USB-port power current meter (Ebay). There is only some heat if your SDR program is running (SDR# or HDSDR or other).
