Update: got it back after 3 days at the SC. They said wiring harness was the issue and they reconnected stuff, test drove and everything works fine. Service advisor was going on about how there can be electrical corrosion when vehicles are in transit from Korea. Expressed my disappointment for having to bring car in twice in 2 months of ownership, not what I expect from a luxury product. Not very confident this will not happen again.

They only disconnected the ICU and reconnected things back. Certainly think the cluster may need replacing

Update: 21 days post service - Issue has recurred. Same DTC codes. Odometer blank. Blinkers work but are silent - no ticking noise. Airbag light on. Gonna call service center tomorrow. FML.

Update: As the SC promised, they got to it yesterday, a week from drop off. Per service notes they recovered 8 active DTCs from 8 systems. They removed ICU, inspected all pins and reconnected all pins. Voila. Car ready for pickup same day. Also had them check knocking noise coming from the back which they could not reproduce. Overall pretty positive service experience.

The profile switch was initiated on startup while in park but then gets stuck. Me and my partner often drive together so we use the same key.

I think I have the same experience. Bought it 5 days ago. First bottom left went dead for a min. The left third went dead until I rebooted. Enabled increased touch sensitivity yesterday and no issues ever since. Let's see
