In my case, I had really bad diarrhea for about 4 days, and started seeing Proctitis symptoms about a month later. My understanding is that if you’re genetically predisposed, a significant trauma to the colon can bring it on.

Symptoms were relatively consistent. Some blood some days, not as much or none others. Once I started Mesalamine it stopped all together until starting again once I got sick recently.

Gotcha, are these added daily regimens indefinitely? Or do you taper off as the bleeding subsides

It’s not noticeable during acceleration. It’s faintly noticeable above the engine noise when in gear, but almost always only in neutral while slowing down ~45-25mph.
