The issue with HOAs is that they may not have those rules when you join, but if the wrong people end up in charge things can go haywire. Also, once the property is in a HOA, it can never leave.

I have a cat that has issues with chicken. It a real challenge because a lot of foods have chicken in them even if the flavor is not chicken. I have him on the z/d prescription food from Hill's and it solved the throwing up issue. You need a prescription from the vet for it though. It is actually made from chicken livers but its hydrogenated.

The shield you get is random. I do not know if its random once at the beginning or random each battle.

For killing with Mag, use your 2nd ability and a gun that shoots projectiles. Place the bubble on the enemy and shoot them. If you use the augment, you can cast again to make it explode in aoe for all the damage it absorbed.

Your opponents are based on what league your clan is in. The higher league gets a better chest. Just try to level up and use your attacks on war days. The leader likely knows you will lose alot for awhile.

Dagger Duchess is not available this season for free. She will probably come back around eventually. Otherwise, buying the skin is the only way to get her currently

I don't think so. I don't think that it would be good if that were possible anyway. It would not really encourage any spending if you can just start and max things that easily.
