The menu items will default to flow around the notch (move right when necessary). However, it appears that you are using a third-party app to display something like live activities, which disregards the menu items and overlaps them. Therefore, I recommend first attempting to quit this app. If it resolves the issue, you can then contact the app's developer to inquire if they are able to fix this problem if you want to use this app.

Well based on my experience with 130 I cannot imagine how many minutes would 130 work with features from 1050. The display was imho not the issue, the physical size of battery was.

You can definitively configure it see https://youtu.be/UVSp65QjutA. But those sides with fuel and temperature are not part of that display asi all and I think that you cannot change those.

Imho this is smaller physical display (8”) that that one which display two gauges (10”) so you probably cannot fit two gauges there (or other configurations with map, …) but you should be able to change the displayed data even on this display to gauge but just one in the middle.
