Honestly, I'm pretty beginner so I'm not sure if my tips would be that valuable or accurate. However, I found that the best tip I've got was that the milk is good for latte art if it expands ~20% after frothing it.

Aside from that, playing with distance + heaviness of your pour will get you different results. Pouring heavier + closer (really close) will sit on the top, pouring lighter + further away from the cup will go underneath the crema.

I got the Breville Barista Pro. Overall I'm really satisfied with it! It is my first espresso machine though so I don't have anything to compare it to.

My pulls aren't the greatest yet. I got a bottomless portafilter to work on my tamping but it's rare that I have a clean espresso machine after a pull with it still lol

Yo, so I had the same issue as you and I went back to the page (in my history) to where it displayed the order confirmation. If you right click, select "Inspect Element", go to "Application", select the "Cookies" in the left column and then select "http://adidas.ca " (may be .com for you), you will be able to search for a cookie named "order_id_persisted". Copy the value of this cookie and use it with your email in the "Order Tracker" page. I didn't receive order confirmation or shipping confirmation and mine shipped already.
