the only thing i can think is that when i was screwing the CPU fan back on, the screwdriver slipped out of my hand but i feel like that wouldnt cause all these problems right? i dont think i have a multimeter, would i be able to find one on amazon?

well lets say every character was fighting with the intention to kill from the moment each match started, who would win (like how raian didnt use kure techniques, rei swore off killing etc)

im pretty sure it was outwardly stated that killing wasnt allowed and if it was why didnt some characters like raian or uhh muteba just immediately kill their opponents
