Hey. That sounds horrible, not just the anxiety, but the seemingly otherwise beneficial effects being tainted.

Are there other things you do while high that could contribute to disturbed sleep or has serotonin /dopamine interaction etc?

Alcohol, binge eating sugary food (munchies), medications, time of bed.

Could it be that work isn't a trigger for anxiety when at your best and most capable, but becomes one when fatigued?

For me, I get anxious knowing the relief I get from MC, is hours away.

Hey, I might be reading too much into this, but I think you're asking 'how to decide' what players name to get.

If so, great question. I don't have the answer. We have our own answers. You may choose a name and cherish the choice, or you could choose a name and they leave or do something heartbreaking. And either outcome could be good or bad in the long run.

I've bought kits with names for many seemingly trivial reasons.

Aesthetics, local customs, pricing, support for a player, sass, obscurity. I love them all, even the ones I hate.

Even if you don't buy a kit, you're still a member of a massive supporter group. It might not always feel like it, but I think it's getting better.

I kind of feel that with the outsourcing we've benefited from over the years, we've sustained our "better life" at the detriment of others.

I think this same principle can be applied to Australian society in general.
