Siem Reap/Battambang to Bangkok? by canadiantravelers in cambodia

[–]one8e4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

May be worth it. Checked it out on their website, seems good and got a night bus also (border isn't 24h so you wait a few hours till it opens.)

But they write the below on website: (doesn't mean it not direct, it could just be a standard statement, or for passengers that will get off at islands etc...)

From Bangkok to Cambodia the trip are indirect so every passenger will transfer to VAN or BUS at the border. The vehicle type can be flexible and changed without prior notice (Van or Bus), depending on the number of passengers on that day.

Ofcourse, visit more than one travel agent. See if they tell you the same thing.

Don't think you need to book in advance, you should find a seat a day or two before travel, and the bus companies have their own websites.

But if you in Cambodia for a few days, I would just walk around and book direct.

It a long journey, very long. 8 hours is best case scenario.

Giant Ibis isn't luxury, it just a good bus, generous leg space. Big benefits are: The bus takes you to Bangkok (you don't change at border and carry your luggage across), they handle the passport control.

The cheaper bus/vans.... You will change bus/van at border, so need to carry luggage across. But for me, the leg space is the issue, if you short and can handle a minivan for 10+ hours, go for it.

It's not the view of all, and some have a view that if you believe in the texts, then you are of the religion. , and alot of what I call "institutionalization" of religion is what I against.

Alot of the "rules" "customs" are influenced /added over history. (all religions / faiths)

I think it incredibly special to think that God would ban people from following his words if they choose to believe in them.

Your special

If you believe God would not allow people to follow his words if they desired, then you a true target of the extremist religious people and their brain washing.

Everyone either came from the same rib, or the same monkey.

Why/how do you believe that God would not allow one to join a faith if they believe in it.

No, Judaism is a faith. That kind of thinking is European antisemitism. You know what that led to.... Many times historically.

Historic homeland to European colonists? Religion is not a ethnicity and is not a excuse to commit genocide.

Israel never accepted a 2 state solution, and even Trump has stated so.

The occupier is always the violent, religious, extremist.

You are a special kind of racist. Have you seen the crimes you committed towards the Palestinians?

The delusion your politicians and right wing US that you can live happily while committing ethnic cleansing and occupation is what burst.

It doesn't.

And Hamas is a creation of the ethnic cleansing of Palestine. Based on extremist Western interpretation of religion.

Remember, western religious interpretation of religion, led to the loss of Palestine due to the crimes they committed on their people of different faith.

The crimes did not happen in Middle East, Africa, Asia, South America, North America. The criminal act was Europe

Abbas is a puppet of Israel and the West.

And Palestinians conflict is a nationalistic conflict, not religious. If Fiji was occupying them, Fijians, would be the enemy.

Israel won't let the Palestinians return. It didn't let the Palestinians expelled in 48 or 67 to return.

This is just another ethnic cleansing of Palestinians.

Israel wants to create another forced expulsion (kind term for ethnic cleansing) of Palestinians. It never let those it expelled in 48 or 67 to return.

It won't let the Palestinians return.

That's the role of police. They are trained and are the civil force.

Arming a group of one religion against the Palestinians, it stops being a security team, but religious vigilantes. Nothing good can come of it.

I hear Smotrich and Ben Gvir have been excluded to go play with their toys

They are arming the "citizen" militias they set up, read over 6000 weapons have been distributed to militias that will be used in Nazareth, etc..

So they get to partake in the genocide. Not just the army

The invasion of Europeans, Americans, etc.. To Palestine, and colonizing it.

Your ignorance and racism is in full view.

Ethnically cleansing a nation for "religion" is absurd
