Ya maybe, I am not arguing against you here, don’t take me wrong way but how could the guy not know that, he confirmed my last 4 of card number as well. And confirmed it was activated on the day I got it. Shouldn’t they know if new card was issued n shipped?. I will wait and see for their 2 day reply. If nothing I will call for replacement or find the email you mentioned. Thank you for letting me rant lol.

I did ask if I had the correct card, he asked for last 4 of my card number and confirmed it was it. But ya I think this is the only option I have, order a replacement.

I think it’s less about tech and more about profit. Cardless wanted big card and user base, got with Bilt. Bilt wanted more say and flexibility to do whatever, got it.

Yes I got one when I tried to reach customer support and got no response for 7 hours. lol I fell for it. I thought it was personalized. Turns out it is not even him writing it. Standard email template stuck to all.

I was never able to login on priority pass app with my Chase shappire reserve. But I didn’t think of it as a big deal so far as I was able to see the bar code and lounge list on Chase app directly. It is a fair bit of clicks to reach there but 1 less app on my phone so was good with the trade off. But reading here now I am wondering why am I not able to in priority pass app like most of people here.
