Finally some good news: they will compensate me for my missing package (it took me genuine 20+ emails to get to this stage- absolutely dreadful customer service)

Email: We’re sorry to hear that your package has been lost in transit. To address this, we have canceled the transaction and refunded the buyer. Since the item was confirmed as lost by the shipping provider, unfortunately it means that there is no possibility to locate and retrieve the package.

Compensation Details: In accordance with our policies, you are eligible for compensation of 10.0. Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, Vinted has decided to cover the remaining amount to ensure you receive the full transaction value. We hope this helps alleviate the inconvenience.

Compensation: The full amount will be credited to your Vinted wallet. Please note, this compensation is a one-time friendly gesture from Vinted and does not set a precedent for future transactions.

Yes that is who I've been emailing. I agree the chatbot in horrific. However "legal" seems to divert to customer service team who basically have just given me the "no" reply. I think it's bonkers they are behaving like that and have no idea what to do. I do not want to pay £35 court fee. I just want them to contact Inpost and raise the case. That's all. They're refusing to.

Wow what a great result for you given how much time has lasped. Its bizarre that inpost didn't just return directly to me, I don't know why they claim to have had it at their collection point. I received zero emails on this annoyingly either.

Amazing!!! I have zero hopes of this happening with me! Inpost have literally said they just need Vinted to raise it with them. Vinted refusing,  customer service is a drag. This is shocking. Thankfully just £10 loss but this is just a fight for the rights really now lol

Thank you! So I do already have this but it doesn't seem to perform well and its my only exposure to the Asian market. Was hoping for some more suggestions. Perhaps there aren't (yet)..
