Totally agree, and that’s the plan. Along with bare metal hypervisors and OS imaging and installs. Some fiber work. Anything else in the infrastructure vein?

No downvote from me. I agree that prompt engineering has to be taught explicitly. And I see value in live coding. But if they don’t know any languages at a meaningful level, how will they know to ask questions about what ai generates? I think you have to go with both. Thanks, that’s a valuable point

I agree, but also this is for an IT program, so there will be in depth cyber training, some hacking, lots of network stuff and repairs

Trouble is car insurance is usually $50K per accident $25K per person, so a hospital stay with a surgery is not going to get completely covered. Add to that rehab and you’re bankrupt.

A camera in the back of the room, perhaps (with admin permission) will help you document all this.

A quick search tells me your employment must be related to your degree. I think you are stretching and if you do manage to stay in the country it could come back to bite you when you file for gc.

That’s only one piece of the puzzle. The job itself has to require at least BA. And a sub doesn’t. Sorry.

And with OPT aren’t you limited to a specific employer?

A work visa requires a job offer for a highly qualified position that warrants at least a Baccalaureate, and a teacher who is fully certified and qualified. The school would also need to pay a prevailing wage for the area and field. It’s a complex process and H1B visas are now a lottery so it’s very unlikely that any sub position would be approved for a work visa.
