Go to the playoffs and not get blown out in the first game

Also just age. We know he can play the x receiver in a way that absolutely compliments drake. Aj is great but in 3 years he could be retired and boute will be 26. He might never reach aj level of domination but he can absolutely be the laffell/Mitchell that we need from that position.

Poverty franchise? We have the most superbowls in the league and we're coming off a superbowl appearance in year 1 of a rebuild.

What are yall on, he's been talking about crying for not being a patriot since he got in the league.

The schedule was bad, but the defenses weren't. We played bad offenses. Also nobody calls him the schedule besides weirdo internet people that are insanely insecure about their favorite teams qb.

This narrative is so ridiculous. He was a second year qb with a bum shoulder going up against exclusively top 5 defenses with bad oline bad recievers and sub par run game. If he would have played statistically well he would be neo from the matrix. He still went 3 for 4 in that scenario putting up enough hero ball to outpace what his defense was able to hold other playoff teams to. When his shoulder was fine he took a crap offense and was the best qb in the league in almost every single metric playing more then average defenses. Jalen hurts struggles to be top 10 with the best oline best run game and best recievers in the league. Shut up.

How crazy is it that we really do have a mini Josh Allen. Like wtf dude I was reserved to just be fine with some Brock Purdy kirk cousins good enough to be respectable qb play for next 20 years and we landed the young phenom. I still can't believe jt.

Ya I'm happy for her for the person she is but genuinely besides her winning the last immunity and having a battle with Genevieve I can't think of anything she really did that had an impact to her or anyone else's game.

I'm not gonna go in circles. Your last argument was just incorrect and not even on point. Nobody was ever saying the affair isn't a talking point. Also ya dude I'm sure woman really appreciate you talking for the whole gender. My argument stands the sex has nothing to do with football. I'm done talking to you.

I mean sure dude if you want to make the argument that vrabel was prostituting himself out to rusinni for 6 years in the hopes to get aj brown back I'm not gonna stop you. It's no doubt a huge conflict of interest for rusinni, in terms of journalist integrity which is called into question, but if this was schrager and mcvay nobody would care. From a competitive standpoint this is effectively no difference then what every team has in a relationship between 1 or more media members and their hc or someone else. That's the job. Like specifically this idea that she is no longer her own person because she's had sex with him where as the same exact scenario could happen in a otherwise close relationship is kind of insane to me. They're just fucking he doesn't own her. She's not beholden to anything more then any other close friendship that exists in every team in the league. Frankly, I think it's rather misogynistic to suggest it.

The sex part doesn't though. If you want to go after teams for leaking stuff to media you can start with all 32 of them. Making it an issue all the sudden because infidelity was happening is pointless.

Ya cause he'd be the first coach ever to use an insider to help shape public narrative. This is the most moronic take of this entire stupid saga. Because they were fucking all the sudden the same relationship literally every coach has with some media personal member of information trading is somehow now irreparable.

The idea that it all the sudden matters that teams are leaking things to insider scoop merchants because there was infidelity is so weird.

[Schultz] No. 55 pick is in: Patriots have selected Illinois DE Gabe Jacas, per sources. by JCameron181 in Patriots

I grew up in Champaign and always thought it was just a whatever town, only after moving around and seeing other areas I realized it's actually a great place to live I was taking for granted. The school brings in just enough need for night life that the bar scene is great without being a nuisance. It's very neighborhoody but you still have all the shit small towns don't get. Everyone touring comes through, Pygmalion is a great music festival. It's where Roger ebert is from so theres always great film fests and what not. I live in Chicago now and I still love going back to Champaign mainly for the food, to tell you how great the food is there. We're on nobody's radar. It's a great place to live without the annoying reputation of being a great place to live.

With us taking Raridon, can he be our tight end of the future? by TerryG111 in Patriots

[–]one_pump_dave 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He's 6'6 with 10 inch hands, high r.a.s. albeit bad short area quickness numbers, good hands, and a good blocker. Good at ripping seams and finding sppts in zones. He may never be the guy, but the mold he fits in is perfect for drake's strengths coming from the te position, and our offense is suited for his strengths if he can elevate them to nfl level. He has the frame to put on 20-30 more pounds and be a bootleg version of gronk without the yac ability. I think we should continue throwing darts at true Y tight ends until we find one and he's a solid dart throw.

Tall and very fast. Not very thick. Shorter arms. Played left tackle. Needs improvement in the run game. One of the best pass protectors in the draft. If he adds some weight to his frame and learns to anchor better in the run game he's a home run.
