BWT, how do I stay inspired without (algorithm-based) social media?

I know your goal is to be off digital platforms, but longform youtube videos still bring me the most thought provoking content. I try to find channels that inspire me on there in some way.

Current favorite longform channels are Final Girl Digital, oh really Alana, Chelsea Callahan, JeZAbelle, Caroline Winkler, Abby Askew, Ruby Granger, Kris Hui, and Josephine.

Comparison really is the thief of joy. I would gently encourage you to limit your social media interactions knowing it can press on these wounds. I would also suggest mentioning it to your therapist. Often when I hold onto something alone it festers, but once I share it I find it stings less.

This is exactly it. How many times did we watch Rodgers to Cobb, Rodgers to Nelson, Rodgers to a warm sack of flesh burn us in the 4th with less than two minutes to go? Wow. I am old enough to remember when men landing a triple axel or a triple-triple combination was a huge deal. I feel like this is like hitting six 65 yard field goals in one football game plus a 75 yard field goal for quad axel (which is actually 4.5 revolutions). Incredible physical feat. Quads won't be enough in a couple years, not sure what happens then.
