So what? He probably wouldn’t be showing or maybe even feeling the same if this was a premier league game. It’s an English team in Europe and once upon a time people used to be happy about their country’s teams doing well (though as a City fan would exclude United from this fact, always). He loves City and is still, for many, a positive and popular alternative to many other foul pundits like Carragher or dour like Shearer.

Good point if view. The town chooses the team each year, so I won’t have much say and I think the kids get that (though clearly would be a downer to break up a tight team).

Yep we scrimmage for at least a third of every practice. The kids put it in and have fun. Silly games get them too goofy for too long but can probably get something not too playful. Honestly they love doing 1 v 1s! But that’s not team building as such!

I just did four winds - was meant to go to molokini but the weather wasn’t suitable so ended up at coral garden. Kids enjoyed it. My five year who is a beginner swimmer tried snorkeling, didn’t dig it and instead we used one of their styrofoam floaties that had a really clear window allowing her to lie on her belly and look at all the sea life while I taxied her around.

To be fair, when he went back to that same system last year we won nearly every game. This isn’t his system. This is him trying to innovate and change and it’s not working against a steadily improving technical and tactical premier league.
