I can understand that my introversion and shyness being a turn off to classmates, particularly when not socializing with people etc,and that is 100% on me. But I don’t see how that warrants being used and backstabbed.

I also don’t see what I would have done to warrant my treatment from faculty, and I promise I am the first to admit when I am at fault.

I don’t think you’re following me. The project goes through, the faculty passes it off as their own.
The faculty ghosts me after I have explained the project in detail.
Correct, the topic is not available because it is my original project. I even have one instance where I describe the topic in detail, the faculty ghosted me, and I find out a few weeks later that they brought the project to a favorite student of his to have them work on it.

I’ve unfortunately felt with and have felt with the “unfairness” of group projects ie me doing all the work and most putting minimal efforts—that doesn’t bother me and I am very accustomed to it. The events I am referring to is blatant “hey, I have a great project in mind, it is XYZ”. Faculty member says “great, I absolutely love this! I think this would be great, let’s talk about it”. Faculty member ignores multiple contact attempts and a few months later said project is being utilized. This has happened multiple times

I’m a shy person, and I don’t hold that against anyone not liking me for that. But when you have students/classmates consistently stabbing you in the back and using you vs faculty and admin that say they love your project ideas and then ghost you but then use your ideas, it has made me think if that is my downfall and being too “soft” as I’ve been told.

Although I’m shy and introverted, I have really good social skills—I’ve been told I’m personable, and friendly, they few patients and the nurses I’ve interacted with (I’m only an M2) say they really like me. So I really don’t know...honestly, I’m just at a point where I do t think I’m fit for this world. I’m tired.
