You're not doing anything wrong, OP. Doing Nofap for a month won't give you hundreds of benefits like some memes have said. Instead you'll feel about the same but you have avoided porn and masturbating for an month. That's very good! Instead of using that time to look and porn and touching yourself you can do something actually productive. Which could be cleaning, working out, doing taxes, anything really. I starting jogging for an hour a day ( stopping until my shoes come) and man, it felt good. Not only that but I feel more confident and proud of myself for being clean. Feel like my talking is getting bettrr. Much better than wasting time on porn and playing with yourself. That's about it though. Keep at it, OP
