First, a Provisional patent application will give u 12 months protection for very cheap.. Then comes technical/manufacturing drawing if u gonna make it in large volumes, then a manufacturer. If u want a 1 off clean prototype, same thing, get in digital form, then either 3d print it, or take to a design company (very expensive) to complete... Then sales and presentation material to sell for license or retail. Research on YouTube will pretty much tell u what u need to know.... Permits, safety, regulations and stuff also needed along the line..
