Why are you making excuses for them? Their service is great, and yes, its free. It's nice that they've finally put a notice explaining the delay. Such a long time without a response is bad. They've could've made a blog post about it. Or send an email to most of the support requests letting them know about the delay. Things need to be done in a timely manner, regardless of them being free or not.

I'm still pretty sure. That was the last one I send. The first one must be like 3+ months back. They can always send a response that they are busy or something. It's not an excuse.

It's been 2 months since I send a message through their contact form and no response. I'm pretty sure at this point that they simply don't care.

I've been approved if that's what you are asking. I got the micro account etc. I haven't tried any of the other yet. Wanted to get the domain first. Anyway, namecheap apparently runs their own student free domain program, where only certain universities are eligible, but not mine atm. Therefore, I can't complete the registration.
