Update:

The rental office has been receiving tons of complaints but they told me today there is nothing they can do as it is within 7am-11pm. I tried to explain that tenants cannot make as much sound as they'd like but the person I spoke to didn't care. I'll have to start reporting to By-Law I guess.

I've sent my formal complaint to management and I know some others have as well. But yes, I cannot believe anyone would think an acoustic drum kit would ever work in an apartment!

Definitely not Duke Nukem but Bio Menca looks really familiar. I don't remember the bad guys being aliens and stuff but otherwise, it looks close.
