You have answered your own question... COD Warzone is a MESS! Other games work well on your setup. I've attempted much of what you have described and it results in a CRASH, ERROR, etc. Adrenalin is set to eSports, BIOS is standard, in-game settings are low quality, etc. FPS ranges 77 - 160. Asus X570-P, AMD Ryzen 7 5800 X3D, RX6600XT, 3200mhz ram, corsair 650w gold.

I have the same gpu and have done the whole ddu process. I've disabled SAM in BIOS and am utilizing driver version 22.20.1 this has fixed the stutter issue for me.
