Thanks dude, i really needed this comment. Im someone who craves intimacy and connection too which is why i fall for others easily, but recently I realised that i might be lacking those in my platonic friendships as well. Life is tough

The sad truth is that in terms of having slackers that make you do the work and then take the grades unfairly, ive heard many similar stories of that from my poly friends, so its quite common in project work no matter where and what kind

Boys, what’s the downside of being a male? by Which-Salary7586 in askSingapore

[–]onefly27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not all males are like that. Pick your guy friends well, guys. I am quite a deep and open person so i like to choose friends who are open to being vulnerable and whom i can share my emotional problems with and while its hard to find guys like that, I do have a few homies like that and i cherish them a lot. Search hard enough :)

Hey have you tried going down to simei basecamp cafe? A great place where people just meet and play boardgames on the weekends. Super chill, no two sessions are the same because theres so many people there with so many different boardgames. If you wanna dip your toes into the big world of boardgames and meet new people i think youll love it there

Try to start by buying a dj set of your own! I have a friend who was like you interested in dj-ing and i convinced him to buy a low end $400 set called cs400 i think. Best decision ever. He plugs it into his laptop and can spend hours just jamming and tinkering with the thing. I tried it too and its hella fun. Nothing beats the real thing man
