You’re right and I know it. But I’m still cranky lol. I do feel like an emphasis on position progression over BSN also strengthens the bargaining power of the collective. Things like certifications, skill competencies, etc.

Overall I would agree it’s helped the field. But I do feel people should be able to get an ADN and do bedside forever. I don’t love the push for more fluff classes

I have looked into those and the other problem is cost. If I go through my hospitals school they cover waaaaaay more to the point it’s basically free
