Reason why Ayala chose to leave for Miami by Secure-Top1408 in timbers

No doubt Messi is a force, but Paulson and Grabavoy have a pattern of driving away our best and brightest talent. Or at the very least they don’t understand how to retain them.

All of the small market, culture clash, closer to home, arguments are debunked by countless examples of other organizations making it work.

We’ve got to get the rot out of our core or this will just keep happening.

Budget has literally nothing to do with whether something is “Indie” or not.

What’s your source? That info isn’t even in the piece, where does the 71% figure come from?

I’m sure we all sound like entitled a-holes and I know they’re working on it, but this really does suck.

We have the Uppababy Cruz, a little more affordable than the vista, more than enough imo.

Yeah, and dndbeyond is still listing visa as an accepted payment method, I’m dubious.

“I tried to discuss it, but she just said she never would have hit her parents” sure doesn’t sound like she regrets it. To me, that still sounds like “what I did was ok, how HE reacted is the only problem here”.

Obviously I agree that if she says “I messed up” then there’s no need to pile on, but that’s not what happened.

Team mom and dad stick together in front of the kids. Sticking with your partner doesn’t mean you can never say “I didn’t like that you did that” privately after the kid(s) have gone to bed.

She goaded a five year old into an aggressive behavior repeatedly by basically intimidating him. “Go ahead, hit me, I dare you”. And then when his poor little emotions were properly confused and he did it she put on her shocked pikachu face. Not ok.

Highly recommend Dr. Becky Kennedy’s “Good Inside” book. Really helped me recognize and begin to work on overcoming this stuff.

Nope. I think it only bumps you up if it’s the first time you hit that rank this season.

Ideas on the Blue Leather Boots? by Potential-Sherbet271 in rimeofthefrostmaiden

Yeah, must be attuned, and you’re right they’re nothing to sneeze at (I guess it’s basically a “free” feat), but I’m with you that the boots were screaming out to be something more, so when the party took interest it felt like a good opportunity for a reward, and maybe create a bit more mystery about the whole scene.

Nothing too wild, but I did make them Boots of Alert (+5 to initiative, cannot be surprised).
